Introduction of the Quest Initiative

It's crunch time. With our June 2nd premiere deadline drawing ever closer we have quite an undertaking to get this animation done. On top of that, we would like to have a picture lock of animation done by the end of this month to give out composers and sound designer enough time to finish their jobs.

As a result, we here at Bystander have undertaken a new form of goal process to motivate a fast and efficient completion of this project. We call them "Quests", as they represent a momentous undertaking to defeat.

Heres how they work:
1. Make a Quest to be completed by the end of the week (e.g. composite 2 scenes and export them).
2. Complete goal using any means necessary (e.g. extra working hours, skipping sleep, sneaking out of class).
3. If Quest is not completed by the deadline, suffer a self-inflicted punishment (e.g. more work hours, being whipped).

So far Quests have been working. This week alone we have finished principal animation drawing and have exported 20 completed shots. Only the coming weeks will prove if our mightiest Quest of all, completing Bystander, will be defeated.

Sincerely,
Sir Bystander the Great
